Sr. Member of Technical Staff, RF Circuit Simulation

Position Description
This senior member of technical staff (SMTS) position will be responsible for RF circuit simulation development in the company’s Analog FastSPICE Platform. The SMTS will have a strong RF circuit simulation background and good knowledge of RF circuits and analysis. He/she will be responsible for developing new RF simulation engines, analyses, and verification methods. The successful candidate should have a proven track record of efficient, high-quality EDA software product implementation.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver RF simulation core engines with world-class accuracy and performance.
  • Develop new RF circuit analyses and characterization capabilities.
  • Work closely with the rest of the AFS Platform development team.
Requirements
  • 7+ years experience in circuit simulation and analysis.
  • Excellent knowledge of RF simulation including shooting and HB methods.
  • Background in RF and transient noise analysis.
  • SPICE circuit simulation and Verilog-A modeling background.
  • Track record of developing performance efficient, high-quality implementations.
  • Outstanding programming skills in C/C++.
  • Multithreading architecture expertise.
  • MS or Ph. D. in EE, computer science, applied mathematics, or related area.
  • Good analog and RF circuit design knowledge.
